Review Meeting 1: 11.8.2011

- Go for a guided tour around the campus just to find out the kind of information the guides provide.

- Talk to the guides...interview them....Consult them....Try and understand their views.

- Find out the Central Govt. law regarding language... if the signage is becoming bilingual or trilingual.....Find out if it has to be in Hindi.

- Have to get the information materials/brochures which are already existing.

- Find out the matter of the letter about the proposition of making Santiniketan a heritage campus by UNESCO if possible.

- Have to do a physical mapping of the sculptures and the murals of the place.

- Making a walk through of it.

- Making an information ecosystem mapping...what are the ways of information which exist? What can be done?

- Research on the methodologies of signage system.

- Finding out the stakeholders here.

- Trial and error. Experiment with any low cost material and try out as signage. See how it works?

- Research on the materials/costing and show concept drawings.

- Finding and mentioning the need of signage in more detail. Show the facts and figures.

- Try and find out a good writer who can help me editing my content.

- Got appreciated for the self initiative and involvement with the project.

Review Meeting 2: 13.9.2011

- Have to manage the story telling part. What all I want to show and say through the virtual tour.

- Look at the information layers. Figure out how I want to show the information.

- Concentrate on the form, the overall look and feel of the website and the info design.

- Sit with the writer, who is handling the content and then send the wireframes/designs to the coder.

- Set a deadline for myself and then send the site url in process to the panel.

- Online vs offline: are the technicalities/coding going to determine my decision?

Review Meeting 3: 19.10.2011

Some minor changes on the design and detailing.

- The webpage design looks very stark and loud though it has its concept and uniqueness.

- Try out with changing the colour black. Try out tones of brown, grey.

- Change the category 'Map' into Home.

- Don't animate the rickshaw in the design as it was my plan before, it would look gimmicky. Keep it as an element of your design because it plays an important role in the place.

- The writings are very lengthy and flowery. It needs one more editing and has to be lot simpler.

- Change the title. Keep something poetic.
